We offer pearl, silver & gold but please refer to the Embroidery tab to view images of the exact colours (please note – colours may vary slightly depending on the device being viewed on).
Please be careful & double check when entering your embroidery details and confirming at check out, as once your order has been processed, we do not offer any refunds for this fault. Please contact us immediately after your order has been placed if you have any issues or changes you need to make. This must be within 2 hours of purchase.

Embroidery usually takes anywhere between 3-5 working days to complete, and then is posted within 24 hours. If you have nominated and paid for Express Shipping please take in to account & allow the 3-5 day turnaround time for embroidery. You will receive shipping updates via email.
In regards to fonts & characters please refer to Embroidery tab as this will show an alphabetic & numeric table of each font we provide.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer free domestic shipping (within Australia only). If shipping internationally cost will be calculated at checkout depending on location.
Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
Under normal circumstances we aim for:
Same state: 2–5 business days
Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days

Yes. Express Shipping is available for additional cost at checkout. However please note that if you have selected to have embroidery done please take into consideration the 3-5 day turn around time for the embroidery to be completed before the item is dispatched via Express Post. If you have selected no embroidery your order will be posted within 24 hours Monday-Friday and 48 hours Saturday-Sunday.
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Yes we do. If you are in the Perth Metro area, pick up option is available. To organize this please contact us straight after placing your order and we can organize a suitable time. Our studio is located in Bellevue (eastern suburbs). Pick up hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Saturdays 10am-3pm and by appointment only.
We understand the rush when you have left something to last minute. If you have chosen to custom embroidery and you are needing your robe urgently, please contact us via email immediately after placing your order to let us know and we will try our best to accommodate in fast tracking your embroidery & dispatch. You will be updated on the process of your garment via email.
While we take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, please be aware that packages may be subject to delays from time to time and is out of our control.
State of Euphoria is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional tax. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Returns / Exchanges
Please ensure that you are double checking all your embroidery details before check out to avoid any mistakes happening. However, we understand mistakes do happen! So please reach out to us asap with your order number & details that need to be changed via email [email protected]. As addressed in the PERSONALIZED/EMBROIDERED ITEMS FAQ’s there is a 2-hour window from when your order is first placed where we can easily amend any changes for you – depending on the time frame in which you contact us, we will look at what we can do as it is a case by case scenario. However, in some instances it may potentially be too late and unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.
Please be careful when selecting your items and ensure you’ve made the right choice as we cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on any products due to hygiene purposes as these items are deemed intimates.
Please forward us your order confirmation email with a photo attached with the incorrect embroidery you have receive to [email protected]. We will discuss return options with you to ensure the fastest turn around and any additional costs will be covered by us if we are deemed at fault.
If you received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, please check your order confirmation to confirm whether we have sent the correct item, if your order does not match your order confirmation please email us straight away at [email protected] and we will sort it out for you as a matter of urgency.
No. Please refer to our Size Guide chart for extensive detailing on measurements. Because these items are deemed intimates and are generally worn without any undergarments we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
Each garment is thoroughly checked over & quality assured prior to packing to maintain a high quality standard of all our products. However if you believe your item to be faulty please contact us immediately on [email protected].
All of our items are packed with care and delicately wrapped in white tissue paper & sealed with love. They are then placed into a high quality unbranded white box and topped with our satin branded ribbon. All items are posted in eco-friendly compostable post satchels.
We do our best to pack our garments avoiding excessive folding, however there is no way to completely avoid this during the package process. Please refer to care instructions and care label for pressing & steaming instructions.
We do not use any animal products and we have made a conscious effort to stay away from fabrics such as silk due to the relation to animals. Instead we’ve opted for high quality silk like fabrics to keep that luxurious feel without guilt – and the dry cleaning bill – ha ha!
All our garments are designed & hand made in our studio based in Perth, WA.
As each garment has different fabric compositions we will include a care instruction card in each order depending on the garment.
A lot of our styles are limited runs so if it is showing as sold out on our website then unfortunately you may have missed out! However, if there is a particular style you have had your eye on then please email us on [email protected] and we will inform you whether that style will be restocked again in the future.
